cfery ::: Favorites psnlondon, spot on: environmental friendliness is often really retro; glass milk bottle is a great example. I remember the pretty sound of the bottles clinking in the gray dawn, as our smiling friendly milkman picked up/delivered them to the metal milkbox by our backdoor. I'd forgotten about rinsing them and setting them out! Strange how such plain, simple elements of life now seem so profound, yet sweet.
