Looks like this is the 1991 season because I remember him leading most of the race in 1992. Mansell's teammate (in front of him it looks like) was Ricardo Patrese (car #6 Williams/Renault V10.)

just so u know that was the FW14 not the B mansell qualified on pole in 1992 not 4th as it appeared from the on board this is 1991

Exactly. If there was TC/launch control on that car, then definitely the car wouldn't have slid like that off the start. That's a mark of severe wheelspin. Oh yes... and the V10 sounds fantastic.
