cesardom ::: Favorites 2007-03-16 13:01:02 Cool...I tried doing the same thing using QEMU, with no success...from 2 different workstations! I'll give VirtualBox a try. __________________________________________________
EdgyRootStudios ::: Favorites 2007-03-18 18:53:05 Great! I would be glad to accept a video response from you...like how you installed the thing, etc... __________________________________________________
cesardom ::: Favorites 2007-03-19 15:42:39 Hi. I have to clarify that, I tried to install "Windows" over a "Windows" installation...that is what didn't work, using QEMU. I can run *any* linux variant from QEMU (on a Windows host) without any problem. I still want to try this VirtualBox software. When I get around to it, I'll "record" it and post a video, and I'll let you know. Take care. __________________________________________________
cbreaker ::: Favorites 2007-03-29 16:50:03 What did you use to capture the video so I can use something else? =) __________________________________________________
PatWhyte ::: Favorites 2007-04-04 12:12:55 Alright, I'm impressed. I will try this out once I build my new desktop. ;) __________________________________________________

SoorenaAA ::: Favorites 2007-04-26 17:53:31 I tried this and it downloaded the needed new packages and its taking forever to install, also when I click terminal it says configuring Virtualbox and there is an OK button but I can't click it. How long does it take to install? Do I have to press that okay button? __________________________________________________
SoorenaAA ::: Favorites 2007-04-26 18:13:49 NVM i installed it, but, you don't really show how to install XP I pressed settings and no setup started! __________________________________________________
schreck425 ::: Favorites 2007-05-11 02:55:29 I have a dual boot with windows XP and Ubuntu right now. Will I need to re-install XP in order to do this? Any help would be much appreciated. __________________________________________________
schreck425 ::: Favorites 2007-05-19 01:52:49 Ok how about this... I have a dual-screen computer. I installed it and of course I can't install my video drivers for XP, so I can't give it larger pixel settings to take up the 2 screens. Any work arounds or other products that can do that? __________________________________________________

shelmustang5084 ::: Favorites 2007-05-29 16:51:35 wow why does it look so slow (to EDGYROOTSTUDIOS) __________________________________________________
EdgyRootStudios ::: Favorites 2007-05-29 17:38:07 I am using a P IV 3 Ghz. The reason why it is running so slow is because I had to play around with the screen recording tool and my new gfx card. __________________________________________________ |
