I know how to eat now so that I can always feel energised and full, but not put on fat. I read omegaRX and learnt about fish oil. I've benefited from The Zone and known others to have for years now. If your interested in your physical health, nutrition, diet, I suggest you look into his works, particularly his 'Mastering the Zone' diet book. teambound59 ::: Favorites This is not so - patented fish oil by the Zone is medical grade in that most impurities are removed plus the concentrate of epa and dha is the best on the market. My wife has arthritis so bad she could not bend her knee and we tried all different kinds of oil. She found that the zone fish oil liquid - is incredible. She can now bend her knee.
